Every conversation starts with you, not a job description. We work in small batches and only when we can do right by the candidate. Four chapters, roughly forty days.
Week one is just us and you. What you've already done, what you actually want next, what you'd quietly hate. No CV polishing, no pitch decks.
We walk you through three or four rooms we've personally vetted — with full context on team, comp, and the parts the job post leaves out. You pick which doors to open.
Real interview prep, written briefs on each interviewer, and a straight read on what they're really testing for. We coach. We don't script.
We negotiate on your side of the table — comp, equity, scope, start date — and stay in the room through your first ninety days. The boring part nobody else stays for.
Names redacted where required. We're glad to walk you through any of these in detail — including the rooms our candidates chose to walk away from, and why.
If we reach out, it's because we read your work and we think a specific room is worth ten minutes of your evening. Join the bench and we'll only come back when there's a real reason to.
